Withdrawals: How to Cash Out Your Winnings

Fast payouts in GBP with no fees from us. Here is how our cashier handles withdrawals, how long each method takes and what can slow things down.

Winning is the fun part, and getting paid should be just as straightforward. At EchoSlots Casino every withdrawal is processed in pounds sterling, we never charge a fee, and e-wallet payouts typically land within two hours of approval.

This page covers the methods we support, how long each one takes, the limits that apply and the reasons a payout might take longer than expected. Your first withdrawal needs a fully verified account, so if you have not finished that step yet, read our KYC verification guide first.

PaysafecardNot available——Deposits only

If you deposited only with Paysafecard, we will pay your winnings by Rapid Transfer or an e-wallet in your name, which you will be asked to confirm at the withdrawal step. Credit cards and crypto are not accepted on UK accounts, for deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawal limits

  • Minimum: £10 per withdrawal.
  • Maximum per day: £10,000.
  • Maximum per month: £30,000.

Larger wins are paid in instalments within these limits. Our team will explain the schedule if this applies to you.

The review window

Every withdrawal request passes through a short review before the money is sent. The review can take up to 24 hours, though in practice it is usually much quicker. During the review we check that:

  • your account is verified and the details match;
  • the payment method is in your name;
  • any active bonus has been completed or forfeited;
  • there are no signs of fraud or misuse.

Once approved, the times in the table above apply. So a Skrill withdrawal requested in the morning is often in your e-wallet the same afternoon.

The closed-loop rule

UK anti-money-laundering rules mean we must, wherever possible, return money to the same method you used to deposit. This is known as the closed-loop rule.

In practice:

  1. If you deposited £50 by Visa Debit and £100 by Skrill, we may return £50 to your card first and the rest to Skrill.
  2. Winnings above your deposits can then go to your preferred method in your name.
  3. If a method cannot receive payouts, such as Paysafecard, we will agree an alternative with you.

Following the closed loop protects you as well as us. It means money can only ever flow back to accounts you own.

How to request a withdrawal

  1. Log in and open the Cashier, then select Withdraw. If you cannot sign in, our login guide will help.
  2. Choose a withdrawal method. The cashier shows only the methods available to your account.
  3. Enter the amount, between £10 and your available daily limit.
  4. Confirm the request. You will receive an email and see the status as Pending.
  5. Once reviewed, the status changes to Approved, then Paid.

Only your withdrawable cash balance can be cashed out. Bonus funds become withdrawable once the 10x wagering requirement is met. Our Monday cashback is paid as real cash with no wagering, so it can be withdrawn straight away.

Cancelling a withdrawal

Changed your mind? You can cancel a withdrawal while its status is still Pending. Go to Cashier, then Transactions, find the request and select Cancel. The money returns to your cash balance instantly.

Once a withdrawal moves to Approved, it can no longer be cancelled. If you find yourself reversing withdrawals to keep playing, consider setting a deposit or loss limit in the Safer Gambling section of your account, or take a short time-out. These tools are there to help.

Why a withdrawal might be delayed

Most payouts go through without a hitch, but these are the most common causes of a delay:

ReasonWhat to do
Verification not finishedUpload the outstanding documents in the Verification tab
Payment ownership not confirmedSend a card photo (middle 8 digits covered) or e-wallet screenshot
Active bonus not completedFinish the 10x wagering or forfeit the bonus
Name mismatch on the receiving accountUse a method registered in your own name
Source of funds check requestedProvide payslips or bank statements as asked
Bank holiday or weekendCard payouts count working days only

Card withdrawals and working days

Debit card payouts take 1–3 working days because they rely on the banking network. A withdrawal approved on a Friday evening may not reach your account until the following Tuesday or Wednesday, particularly over a bank holiday. If speed matters, Skrill, Neteller, Revolut or Rapid Transfer are much quicker.

First withdrawal

Your first withdrawal can take slightly longer while we confirm payment ownership. After that, future requests are usually quicker because your details are already on file.

Tips for the fastest payouts

  • Finish verification as soon as you register, not when you want to withdraw.
  • Use an e-wallet or Rapid Transfer if you want money the same day.
  • Keep all payment methods in your own name.
  • Avoid requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still active.
  • Check your email for any document requests from our team.

Need help with a payout?

We are available 24/7 by live chat, with an average first reply of about a minute, and by email. Have the date and amount of the withdrawal to hand and we will track it for you.
