Logging In to Your Account

Everything you need to sign in safely, from your first login to 2FA, password resets and the safer-gambling tools waiting inside your account.

Signing in should take seconds, and keeping your account secure should not take much longer. This guide walks you through every part of the login process at EchoSlots Casino, from entering your details for the first time to switching on two-factor authentication and setting limits once you are inside.

Before you log in for the first time, it helps to know that we verify your age and identity before any play. If you have not finished that step yet, our KYC verification guide explains exactly what we check and how long it takes. Most new players pass the automatic check in under two minutes.

How to sign in

Logging in works the same way on desktop, tablet and phone. You only need the email address and password you chose at registration.

  1. Open our site in your browser and select Log in at the top of the page.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  3. Type your password, taking care with capital letters.
  4. If you have switched on 2FA, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
  5. Select Log in and you will land in the lobby with your balance shown in the header.

If you share a device with anyone else, untick any “remember me” option in your browser and always log out when you have finished. Your account is personal to you, and under UK rules nobody else may use it.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds a second lock to your account. Even if someone learned your password, they could not get in without the code generated on your phone. It is optional, but we strongly recommend it.

Setting up 2FA

  • Go to My Account, then Security.
  • Choose Enable two-factor authentication.
  • Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.
  • Enter the 6-digit code the app shows to confirm the link.
  • Store the backup details somewhere safe and offline.

From then on, every login asks for a fresh 6-digit code. Codes refresh every 30 seconds or so, so if one is rejected, simply wait for the next one.

Changing phone

If you are replacing your phone, switch off 2FA in the Security tab before you reset the old handset, then set it up again on the new one. If you have already lost access to the old phone, contact our support team by live chat or email. We will confirm your identity before removing 2FA, which may include questions about your account and, occasionally, a fresh selfie or document.

Resetting a forgotten password

Forgetting a password happens to everyone. Here is how to set a new one:

  1. Select Log in, then Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email address on your account.
  3. Open the email we send you and click the reset link.
  4. Choose a new password and confirm it.

The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires, just request another. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the same address you registered with.

Choosing a strong password

DoAvoid
Use 12 or more charactersYour name, birthday or pet’s name
Mix words, numbers and symbolsPasswords you use on other sites
Use a password managerWriting it on paper near your device
Change it if you suspect a leakSharing it with anyone, including support staff

Our team will never ask for your password over live chat or email. If anyone does, it is not us.

Locked accounts

To protect you from people guessing passwords, we lock an account after 5 wrong attempts. The lock lasts 15 minutes and then lifts automatically. During that time you cannot sign in, even with the correct password.

If you are locked out:

  • Wait the full 15 minutes before trying again.
  • Use the Forgot password? link rather than guessing further.
  • Check that caps lock is off and that your browser has not autofilled an old password.

If you did not make those attempts yourself, reset your password straight away, switch on 2FA and let our support team know. Accounts can also be closed or restricted for other reasons, such as an active time-out, self-exclusion or a GAMSTOP registration. In those cases the login screen will show a message explaining why, and the restriction stays in place until its end date.

Logging in on mobile

There is no app to download. Our site runs in your mobile browser and works well on iOS Safari and Android Chrome. Log in exactly as you would on a computer.

For one-tap access, you can add the site to your home screen as a web app:

  • iPhone or iPad (Safari): tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen.
  • Android (Chrome): tap the three-dot menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.

The icon opens a full-screen version of the casino with the same login, the same balance and the same games. Face ID or fingerprint unlock on your phone can work alongside your browser’s saved passwords, but your 2FA code is still requested if you have switched it on.

Safer-gambling tools inside your account

Once you have logged in, the Safer Gambling section of My Account gives you control over how and when you play. We encourage every player to set at least one limit on day one.

ToolWhat it doesOptions
Deposit limitsCaps how much you can depositDaily, weekly or monthly
Loss limitsCaps net losses over a periodDaily, weekly or monthly
Session remindersPops up to show how long you have playedInterval of your choice
Time-outPauses your account24 hours to 6 weeks
Self-exclusionCloses access for a longer period6 months to 5 years
GAMSTOPBlocks you from all UK-licensed sitesVia the GAMSTOP service

Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing one comes with a cooling-off period, so the decision is never made in the heat of the moment. Remember too that slot stakes are capped at £5 per spin, or £2 per spin if you are aged 18 to 24.

Still cannot get in?

Most login issues come down to a mistyped email, an autofilled old password or an expired reset link. Our troubleshooting page covers browser and cache fixes in more detail. If you are still stuck, our support team is available 24/7 on live chat, with an average first reply of about a minute, or by email. Have your registered email address ready and we will get you back into your account as quickly as possible.
